Rose Iced Tea

Ingredients:
0.50 ts Dried rose petals
-or to taste
0.75 c Water
Ice cubes
0.25 c Carbonated water
Sugar to taste (opt)
Sliced fresh strawberries
-for garnish Directions:
Place the rose petals at the bottom of the teapot. Boil the water and
pour the water into the teapot. Let the tea brew for 3-5 min,
depending on your taste. Strain into a cup and cool to room
temperature. Pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated
water. Stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with
sliced fresh strawberries.
