Ingredients:
    3.00 sm Ice cubes
    2.00 Apricots; pitted & sliced
    0.50 Papaya; frozen in chunks
    0.50 Mango; frozen in chunks
    0.50 c Carrot juice
    1.00 tb Honey

Directions:
A muscle-rejuvenating, beta-carrotene-filled orange-colored wonder. Add all the ingredients (except for the honey) to a blender in the order listed, then blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add the honey and blend a few seconds more. Serve in a frosted glass. Options: Add orange juice for a thinner consistency. Nutritional Information: per serving: 200 calories, less than 1g fat
