Pineapple juice 3/4
cup
Sugar 6
ounces
Pink lemonade concentrate 2 1/4
cups
Water 1/2
gallon
Strawberry ice cream 1
liter
Ginger ale Directions:
The night before combine the pineapple juice, sugar, lemonade concentrate and water. Refrigerate overnight. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Pour the mixture into a punch bowl, add the ice cream and stir. Add the ginger ale last.
