Ingredients:
    0.67 c Orange juice
    0.67 c Papaya juice
    0.50 Mdm banana
    1.00 tb Honey
    1.00 c Crushed ice

Directions:
From Rick Nelson Basics: A piece or two of fruit (banana, peach, nectarine or combo) some juice (those nectars-pear, papaya etc. work great, but OJ or grapefruit will do), 5 or 6 cubes of ice (it helps to have a sturdy blender), I also add a tsp or so of wheat germ and similar or powdered protien. The last item gives it a flavor that I can best describe as malted, try with and without to see what I mean. Put in ice first then fruit and just enough juice to get it all to blend. Oh yeah, then I put in a scoop or two of frozen yogurt. The point is always to keep the mixture thick. Then the germ and protien. Start here then improvise. From Crosby!
