Ingredients:

3 ounces Scotch whiskey

2 1/2 ounces Italian vermouth

1 tablespoon Angostura bitters

1 tablespoon Sugar syrup

Directions:
Place the whiskey and vermouth in a cocktail glass. Add the bitters and the sugar syrup. Gently stir and may be served with or without ice.
