Eggs 1

Dark rum 750
milliliters
Brandy 2
cups
Sugar 4
cups
Hot water, milk, or coffee Directions:
Separate eggs in two bowls. Add rum and brandy to the yolk and beat together until frothy. In the other bowl, beat the egg white until it peaks and then add sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold into the rum and brandy mixture. To serve, pour into a coffee mug and top with the water, milk or coffee.
