0.50 Bottle brandy
Put the vanilla pod into the brandy bottle, cap tightly and infuse
for 6 weeks. Fill up with more brandy when half used.
The authors say this is used for flavoring whipped cream, baked fruit
or to moisten mincemeat and Christmas puddings, or any pudding made
