Weight Watchers Milkshake

Ingredients:
1  cup  skim milk
1 3/4  ounces  raspberries, frozen, unsweetened, see notes
2  tablespoons  ice cream, low-fat
2  teaspoons  sugar substitute

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a mixer, you may put away some raspberries for garnishing. Mix until smooth, pour in a large glass and enjoy!

Any other fruit or berry could be used if frozen and not in so large pieces.
