Yogurt Shake

Ingredients:
1  cup  plain yogurt
1  small  banana
1  tablespoon  frozen orange juice concentrate
    Sugar or honey, to taste
4    ice cubes

Directions:
Yields about 2 l/2 cups. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.

Variations: Instead of banana, use 1 cup cubed melon, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 peeled and chopped kiwi fruit, or 1/2 peeled and cored apple.
