Yugeno (Peruvian Brandy With Orange Juice)

Pisco; Peruvian brandy
4 oz. cocktail glass, cold
Combine the orange juice, pisco and ice cubes in a mixing glass, and place a bar shaker on top of the glass. Grasping the glass and shaker firmly together with both hands, shake them vigorously 9 or 10 times. Remove the shaker, and place a strainer over the mixing glass. Then pour the yugeno into a chilled cocktail glass.
