Apple Raisin Snack Cake
Two-layer spice cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs
at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium
speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread onto greased 13 x 9
inch baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool. FROSTING: Blend spread and extract.
Gradually add sugar, beating on high speed with electric mixer until
light and fluffy. Spread over cake.
