Pour half in concentric circles over cream cheese layer. Pour half of the remaining cream cheese over apples, arrange remaining 1 cup apples over cheese layer and top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until cake tester or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow cheese cake to cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight until it is completely cold. Arrange nuts on top of cheese cake. Heat caramels and water in a pan or microwave oven. Stir periodically until well blended, no more than 2 minutes. Cool and drizzle over top. Decorate with rollos.
