Banana Crumb Cake

5  tb  Butter
1  pk  Coconut pecan frosting
1  pk  Yellow cake mix
1  c  Sour cream
4  ea  Eggs
1 1/2  c  Bananas (2 large ones)

Use 1 package coconut pecan/almond frosting mix. Thinly slice the bananas. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease/flour 10 inch tube pan. Melt butter, stir in frosting mix till crumbly; set aside. In large mixer bowl, blend cake mix, sour cream, eggs, and 1/2 cup bananas. Beat till moistened, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fold in remaining bananas and pour 1/2 batter into prepared pan; 1/2 crumb mixture; remaining batter and top with remainder of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool on rack 30 minutes before removing from pan with crumb mixture on top.
