Graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch,
very ripe, mashed
Pineapple Chunks In Syrup,
Melted Milk Chocolate
Preheat oven to 325. Place pan of water in oven. Beat cream cheese until fluffy on high speed. Add sugar and beat. On low, beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in cream, sour cream, loem juice and cornstarch. Stir in banana. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour until edges are firm and middle is a bit soft. Remove from oeven. Let cool 10 minutes. Let cool compeletly. Topping: mix sugar and cornstarch well in saucepan. Add pineapple and cook until boiling and thickened slightly. Cool completely. To assemble. pour pineapple over top. Drizzle on melted chocolate. Add strawberries. Pipe on whipped cream, top with cherries.
