Banana Split Parfait

Ingredients:
2  cups  vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt, softened
3/4  cups  thinly sliced banana
1/4  cup  chocolate-flavored syrup
1/4  cup  fat-free pineapple sundae topping
    --or 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
2  teaspoons  chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:
1. Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt into each of 4 parfait glasses; top each with 1 tablespoon banana. Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over banana; top each with 1 tablespoon banana and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup. Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over chocolate syrup; top each with 1 tablespoon banana and 1 tablespoon pineapple topping. Spoon 2 tablespoons frozen yogurt over pineapple topping, and top each with 1/2 teaspoon pecans. Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve. Yield: 4 servings. Exchanges: 1 FR/V, 230 C.
