Bananasplit Brownie Pizza
Square semisweet chocolate
Butter or margarine
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; spread batter
into a greased 15-inch pizza pan.
Bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Drain pineapple tidbits well, pressing between layers of paper towels
to remove excess juice.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a medium mixing bowl at medium speed
with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread mixture over cooled
brownie crust; arrange pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and pecans
Combine chocolate and butter in a 1-cup glass liquid measuring cup;
microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Drizzle over
fruit; refrigerate 1 hour, and then serve immediately.
Yield: 16 servings.
