Vinegar 6
Ozs
Chocolate Chips 2/3
Cup
Salad Oil 3
Cups
Flour,
sifted

Vanilla 1/2

Cocoa Powder 2
Cups
Sugar
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt and mix by hand.
Stir in the chocolate bits.
Set the mixture aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift the flour, cocoa, sugar, soda and salt together.
Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat well.
At first it will appear to be un-mixable but just keep beating!
Use muffin tins and paper liners, filling 1/2 to 3/4 full with the dark
mixture (flour and cocoa).
Drop one tablespoon of the cheese mixture on top of each.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
These freeze successfully.
