Blackberryblueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
1  c  Unbleached flour
1  c  Wheat flour
2  ts  Baking powder
1/4  ts  Salt
1/2  c  Butter, softened
1 1/2  c  Sugar, divided
3/4  c  Milk
2  c  Blackberries
1  c  Blueberries
2  c  Grape juice or water

Directions:
In a bowl stir together both flours, baking powder and salt. Beat butter and 1 cup sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Spread batter evenly over the bottom of a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish or a 3-quart round dish. Sprinkle blackberries and blueberries over batter, then sprinkle them with the one-half cup sugar. Pour grape juice or water over fruit. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Makes 12 servings. Each serving has: 418 calories; 16g fat; 31mg cholesterol; 257mg sodium.
