Directions:

cream cheese in a blender at high speed and mix well Add cheese in a
little at a time and mix well, repeating until all cheese i mixed in.
Bake at 325 degrees farenheit for 30 to 40 minutes.
* TO MAKE A CREAM CHEESE SUBSTITUTE:
strain the whey out of plain yougurt by placing the yougurt in a
strainer a allowing to drain overnight in the fridge. Use the
remaining mixture as cre cheese.
