nonfat sour cream
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 x 2" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugar, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla and 1 cup blueberries. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour half the batter into pan. Cover with remaining berries and sprinkle with brown sugar. Add remaining batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
