vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4

margarine,
melted

unflavored gelatin envelope 1/3
C
cold water 2/3
C
sugar 1
d salt 3
eggs,
separated

brandy 2

creame de cocoa 1/8

cinnamon 1/8

nutmeg 9

cool whip,
thawed
chocolate curls
Directions:
Combine crumbs and margarine. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch
pie pan. Bake at 375 deg for 8 min. Cool. Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add 1/3 cup sugar, salt and slightly beaten egg yolks. Stir over low
heat until gelatine dissolves and mixture thickens. Do not boil. Stir
in liquors and spices. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat egg whites
until foamy. Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks
form. Fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in topping, reserving 1/2 cup.
Spoon into crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with topping and chocolate
curls.
