Ingredients:
cashews,
amount you want
1
cup
sugar 1
cup
butter 1/4
cup
lemon juice
cinnamon,
to taste
Directions:
Cut cashews into small pieces.
Layer in heavy pan with sugar and dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Repeat layer.Pour lemon juice over all.
Cover and start on low heat after cashews are almost tender remove cover and let cook down until glazed and tender.
