Apple juice, frozen concentrate
Graham cracker crumb pie crust
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Blend in juice concentrate. Pour into crust. Bake at 350F, 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with topping and sprinkle with peanuts before serving. Garnish with apple slices.
