Caramel Apple Cheesecake #4

Ingredients:
1 3/4  cups  flour
1 1/4  cups  sugar
1/2  cup  brown sugar
1/2  cup  butter
6    eggs
2  tsp.  vanilla
1  tsp.  cinnamon
1/2  tsp.  nutmeg
1/4  tsp.  cloves
1  cup  chopped walnuts
4  package.  cream cheese, (32 oz.)
1  cup  sour cream
1  can  apple pie filling, (20 oz.)
3/4  cup  caramel topping

Directions:
1. For Crust ~ stir together in small bowl, 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Add one egg, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Combine till a soft dough forms; press into bottom of spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

2. For Cake ~ in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Beat till smooth. Add eggs beating after each addition to smooth consistency. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla; beat till smooth. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees fro 15 minutes. Turn oven to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour.

3. Streusel Topping ~ in small bowl combine 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. cloves; cut 1/4 cup butter (to resemble coarse oatmeal). Add 1 cup chopped walnuts. After cheese cake has finished, remove cake carefully. Top with 1 can apple pie filling. Pour 3/4 cup caramel over apples and top with streusel. Return to 200 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool cake on a wire rack 2 hours. Remove sides of spring from pan. Let cake cool completely before serving.
