Caramel Chocolate Chip Brownies

Ingredients:
40    Caramels
1/2  c  Evaporated milk
1    German chocolate cake mix
1/3  c  Evaporated milk
3/4  c  Margarine melted
1  c  Nuts chopped
12  oz  Chocolate chips

Directions:
Slowly melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk, then set aside. Blend cake mix with remaining evaporated milk, margarine and nuts. Press half of cake mixture into 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over cake. Pour caramel mixture over top, then crumble remaining cake mixture over caramels.
