Cream together butter and sugar and beat in eggs. Sift together flour,
baking powder, and cardamon, and mix in. Makes very stiff dough. Put
dough into pan about 13" x 9" and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cut
semi-baked dough into strips, place on cookie sheet, and toast in oven at
350 for 25 minutes. These keep well for months. Try dipping them into
coffee, tea or milk.
Not a biscotti, but enough like it that you can't tell the
difference...and flavored with Cardomom to boot!
