Graham crackers,
crushed

Butter 24

Cream cheese 1
cup
Sugar 1 1/2
teaspoons
Vanilla flavoring 1
teaspoon
Almond extract 5
Eggs 1 1/2
pints
Sour cream 1/2
cup
Sugar 1 1/2
teaspoons
Vanilla
Directions:
Mix graham crackers and butter and pat into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In mixer blend cheese until soft, add sugar, vanilla, and almond extract. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Then beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into crust and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Make topping by mixing sour cream, sugar, and vanilla together. Beat well. Pour over cake. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes
