Graham cracker crumbs
Lemon gelatin powder
FILLING: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Cream sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla in bowl, Set aside. In large bowl, beat chilled evaporated milk until stiff. Fold gelatin and cheese mixture into beaten milk. Pour onto crust. Chill and serve.
CRUST: Mix together crumbs, margarine and butter. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and chill in refrigerator.
