Cherry Coconut Cake
Jar jam or preserves choice
Jar maraschino cherries
Cut pound cake in 1 inch cubes and store in plastic sandwich bags to
keep fresh until ready to cook. Before grilling, spread jam or
preserves on all sides of cake cubes, roll in coconut, then thread on
skewers, alternating with cherries. Grill over coals, turning often
until cake is warmed and coconut is toasted.
