Cherry Pecan Cheesecake
Vanilla wafer crumbs
Cherry pie filling
Filling: Mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar. Mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven to 500 degrees.
Topping: Mix together and spread over cheesecake. Return to oven for 5-8 minutes. Cool and top with 1 can cherry pie filling. Let set at least 8 hours before serving.
Crust: Mix together and pat on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or use a springform pan.
