Chocadamia Coconut Delights

1  cup  Butter
1 1/2  cups  Sugar
2    Eggs
1  tablespoon  Vanilla
2  cups  Flour
2/3  cup  Cocoa, Hershey's
2  teaspoons  Baking powder
1  tablespoon  Baking soda
1/2  teaspoon  Salt
1  cup  Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
3/4  cup  Coconut, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped macadamias and coconut.

3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
