Ingredients:
1 1/4  cups  graham cracker crumbs
1/3  cup  butter or margarine, melted
3  tablespoons  sugar
1/2  cup  semisweet chocolate chips
8  oz  cream cheese, softened
1/4  cup  firmly packed brown sugar
1/2  teaspoon  vanilla extract
1  cup  whipping cream, whipped
1  pint  fresh strawberries
2  tablespoons  semisweet chocolate chips
1  teaspoon  shortening

Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well; firmly press onto bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool completely. (Bake at 325 F if using a glass pie plate.)

2. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips; set aside to cool slightly.

3. Beat softened cream cheese at low speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy; add brown sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add cooled chocolate, stirring well. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture; spoon into prepared crust. Chill at least 8 hours.

4. Set aside 1 strawberry; cut remaining strawberries into thick slices. Arrange slices over filling; place whole strawberry in center.

5. Melt remaining 2 T chocolate chips and shortening together. Drizzle over strawberries. Chill until set.

Although you can use a store-bought graham cracker crust, I highly recommend following the recipe as is. The crust is much more flavorful!
