Chocolate-lemon Loaf

Ingredients: 1 1/4
cups
flour 1/2
teaspoon
baking soda 1/2
cup
butter or margarine,
softened
1
cup
packed brown sugar 1/2
teaspoon
salt 3
Eggs 9
ounces
semisweet chocolate,
grated, see note
Grated peel of 1 lemon 1/2
cup
sour cream
Directions:
Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside.
Cream butter, sugar and salt until fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended.
Stir in chocolate and lemon peel.
Stir in flour mixture alternately with sour cream until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 60 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool pan on rack 10 minutes, then turn out on rack top side up to cool.
NOTE: To grate chocolate break in pieces and grate in blender or rotary grater.
