Ingredients: 1/4
cup
butter or margarine,
softened
3/4
cup
sugar 1/4
cup
light corn syrup 2
eggs,
beaten

teaspoon
vanilla extract 2
oz
unsweetened chocolate,
melted

all-purpose flour 1/2
teaspoon
baking powder 1/2
teaspoon
salt 1/2
cup
semisweet chocolate chips 1/2
cup
chopped walnuts
Directions: 1.
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at low speed of an electric mixer. Add corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in melted chocolate.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Spread mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 1-1/2-inch squares.
