Butter 1

Baking Powder 1/2

Brown Sugar, Packed 1/2
c
Almonds, Chopped 1

Vanilla Extract 1/2
c
Chocolate Chips 1
Egg 1

Orange Peel, Grated 1
c
Flour
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla
in a bowl until fluffy. Add the egg. Blend well. Combine the flour
and baking powder and blend into the butter mixture. Add the
chocolate chips, almonds and grated orange peel. Drop the batter by
teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, at least 1 1/2" apart. Bake
until lightly brown and crisp (10 to 12 minutes). Let the cookies
cool for a minute after removing from the oven. Remove the cookies
and place on a wire rack.
