unsweetened chocolate 2
tb
butter 1
c
confectioner's sugar 3
tb
hot water 1 1/2
c
coconut flakes 1

Directions:
You can use this for filling with ice cream for a quick and delicious
dessert or use it for other pies that do not have to be baked.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix
the sugar and hot water together in a small bowl. Add chocolate
mixture to the sugar, then stir in the coconut. Press the mixture firmly
