Ingredients: 2

Flour 1 1/4
c
Sugar 1/2
c
Cocoa 1
tb
Baking soda 1/2
c
Corn oil 1/4
c
Chocolate liqueur 1
c
Apple juice
Egg substitute equal to 1

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour
batter into greased cupcake pans. Bake 30-35 minutes. To make cup
cakes extra fancy serve them in doilies and topped some of them with
strawberries. Take an 8 inch round doily and fold in half 4 times.
You should have what look like a small triangle. Unfold the doily and
carefully press it into the ungreased cupcake pan. Next, set a
half-full muffin cup inside the doily. Bake as directed. The heat
from the oven will set the doily and make it stick to the muffin cup.
