Chocolate Rum Truffles

15 3/8 ounce
chocolate-fudge frosting mix
soft butter or margarine,
9 1/2 ounce
vanilla or chocolate whipped frosting mix
sifted powdered sugar
Prepare chocolate frosting mix as package label directs for candy, using 3
tablespoons butter and milk. Stir in rum flavoring and set aside.
Prepare whipped frosting mix with remaining butter and water, beating with
electric mixer until very thick and light.
At Low speed, gradually add confectioner's sugar, then the chocolate mixture.
Stir 1/2 cup walnuts into candy mixture. Turn into 8x8" pan, then spread
level. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts, patting down lightly.
cover with plastic film, chill until set. Cut into squares when firm.
Makes about 64 pieces.
