Semisweet chocolate 2
oz
Bitter chocolate 6

Butter 3/4
c
Sugar 2
tb
Corn syrup 2/3
c
Flour 2
ts
Cinnamon 1/4
ts
Baking soda 1/8
ts
Salt 2
Eggs 1/4
c
Chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter a 9" square baking pan.
Chop chocoalte and put into mdm bowl. combine butter, sugar, corn
syrup, and 1 Tbsp water in mdm saucepan. Boil until sugar disolves,
1-2 mins. Stir sugar mixture into chocolate until completely melted.
Let cool slightly.
Mix together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Stir in vanilla to
chocolate mixture. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour
mixture until just combined. Stir in pecans. Bake 25 mins, until
done. Let cool in pan before cutting.
