Combine the cinnamon and applesauce to make a stiff dough, adding additional
applesauce if necessary. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with cookie
cutters. Make a hole in each for a ribbon hanger. Carefully place on a wire
rack to dry. Let air dry for several days, turning over occasionally.
Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
No baking required and simple for kids!
