Whole wheat flour
Quick or rolled oats
NUTS OR SEEDS
Blend oats until fine. Remove from blender. Blend remaining
ingredients, except flour, until smooth. Stir together all
ingredients. Knead for 1 minute. Pinch off 1 tablespoon dough. Roll
between hands to make stick 2-3" long. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at
350F. for 25 minutes.
