Cream Cheese Cookies
Cream margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar slowly, then add egg yolk. Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
Roll in small balls. Press with fork crosswise on top of dough. (Dip fork in flour first so it will not stick.) Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. These are a favorite at Christmas. Use red and green sugar sprinkles on top before baking, if desired. These cookies stay soft. My girls really enjoy helping me with these.
