Cream Cheese Pie Pastry

Ingredients:

soft wheat flour 1/2
c
butter,
cut in 1-inch cubes
1
d salt 1
t
sugar 3
oz
cream cheese,
softened
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel
blade. Process to blend all ingredients and form a smooth dough. Turn
out dough onto a work surface and gather together; gently knead 3 or 4
times to form a smooth ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and
refrigerate 1 hour before rolling. Makes enough pastry for 1 o-inch
single crust pie.
