Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1  pint  sour cream
1/2  teaspoon  Dijon mustard
1  tablespoon  minced fresh onions
2  teaspoons  fresh garlic, finely minced
1  tablespoon  red wine vinegar
1  teaspoon  milk
    salt and pepper, to taste
8  ounces  blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients; beat well. Add blue cheese; stir. Taste for seasoning. Keeps well in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Roquefort cheese can be substituted for blue cheese.
