Ingredients: 1 1/4

All-purpose flour 1/2
teaspoon
Salt 1/2
teaspoon
Soda 1/2
cup
Granulated sugar 1/4
cup
Firmly packed brown sugar 1
Egg 1
teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1/2
cup
Land O Lakes butter,
soften

Diced toasted almonds 1
cup
Chocolate covered raisins
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Deborah Zurrow Lombard, Illinois
