Crustless Cheese Pie

Ingredients: 2
tablespoons
butter or margarine 1
onion,
chopped
1 1/2
cups
shredded sharp cheddar 1
tablespoon
flour 4
eggs,
well beaten
1
cup
milk 1
teaspoon
salt 1/4
teaspoon
black pepper 4
slices
bacon,
cooked crisp and cru
1/2
cup
finely crushed potato chips
Directions:
Heat butter in small skillet. Add onion and cook until golden, about 5
minutes. Mix cheese with flour and sprinkle into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Spoon onion and drippings evenly over cheese. Beat eggs with milk, salt
and pepper until smooth. Pour mixture into pie plate. Sprinkle with bacon
and potato chips. Bake at 350F 40 to 45 minutes, or until puffed and
brown. Cut in wedges to serve.
