Dad's (Calhoun) Pie Crust

Cut shortening into flour and sugar (which has been mixed) until lumpy and well mixed. Add tablespoons of water, one by one, and mix (2-3 tablespoons total). Flour board and rolling pin. Roll out dough. Makes one pie crust.
Easiest, flakiest crust.
