Dave's Tomato and Cucumber Salad

1/3  cup  olive oil
1/4  cup  fresh lemon juice
1  tablespoon  white vinegar
1 1/4  teaspoons  salt
1  teaspoon  ground cumin
1/2  teaspoon  black pepper
3 3/4  pounds  plum tomatoes, cut into 1/3-inch dice (4 cups)
1  pound  cucumber, English, cut into 1/3-inch dice (2 1/2 cups)
3/4  cup  finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4  cup  finely chopped onion, (preferably sweet onion such as Vidalia or Walla Walla)

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, cumin, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and onion and stir to combine. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
