Ingredients: 3

sifted flour 1 1/4
cups
shortening 1
teaspoon
salt 1
Egg 5 1/2
tablespoons
water 1
teaspoon
vinegar
Directions:
Makes two 9 or 10 inch shells.
Work flour, shortening and salt together until consistency of meal.
Beat together egg, water and vinegar.
Make a well in the flour mixture and add liquid mix. Work well, roll out with light strokes from the center to the size desired.
Easy to handle and flaky.
