graham cracker crumbs
Melt Chocolate -- In the tip of a double boiler, melt chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat and keep chocolate warm over water in the double boiler.
Finish Product -- Using grater, shave off flakes of candy bar. Put chocolate shavings in finished crust. Add marshmallow cream to each tartlet. Then torch it using small propane torch. Finish with melted chocolate.
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press in the bottom and sides of six 2-inch tart molds. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, and cool.
